Responsible For
Key Responsibilities:
  • Digital Strategy:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive digital strategy aligned with the overall business objectives of the station.
    • Identify and leverage emerging digital trends and technologies to enhance our online presence.
    • Monitor industry best practices and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Content Creation and Management:
    • Oversee the creation and curation of engaging digital content, including articles, videos, podcasts, and social media posts.
    • Ensure content is aligned with the station's brand voice, style, and target audience.
    • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and social media algorithms to maximize visibility.
  • Social Media Management:
    • Manage and grow the station's social media presence across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok).
    • Develop and execute effective social media campaigns to increase engagement, follower growth, and brand awareness.
    • Monitor social media conversations and respond promptly to inquiries and feedback.
    • Utilize social media analytics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Digital Marketing and Advertising:
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute digital advertising campaigns.
    • Explore innovative digital marketing strategies, such as influencer partnerships, sponsored content, and native advertising.
    • Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns to optimize ROI.
  • Website Management:
    • Oversee the website's content, design, and functionality.
    • Ensure the website is user-friendly, mobile-responsive, and optimized for search engines.
    • Monitor website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead and mentor a team of digital content creators and social media managers.
    • Foster a collaborative and creative work environment.
    • Set clear goals and expectations, provide regular feedback, and recognize and reward team members' achievements.
